这线掉的真不是时候

这两天PS老是不断掉线，关键时刻就是没法出手，眼看着自己的monster被fold掉，痛惜不已。
昨天一把JJ open以后，两家跟，flop出来3条，我check，后面两家全进，我很happy地call，但按半天没反应，原来是断线了！
今天又是如此，我JJ open，一家跟，flop出来quads，我一直check到river，终于出来同花，对手allin！但我又断线了.......
给PS写了邮件，回复说问题出在我的server与PS server之间，也就是说我们双方都没办法！

上传图片失败，提示：upload error 500

MTT掉线还好。打cash的时候掉线很容易OT，然后送一堆。

我这几天打365也老掉线，不知道怎么回事

    PS客服告诉我有两个方法：
  其一，用CMD命令去ping PS 网址，说这样可以使连接稳定。但我的理解好像ping只是用来测试网速的呀，怎么能稳定连接呢？这两天我用了这个方法，就是一直开着ping PS的窗口，但没有改善。
  其二，在第一种不灵的情况下，请求我的ISP（联通）把它与PS之间的连接改道。我不知道联通会不会答应，反正打了电话去，联通客服说已经把我的请求记录在册，24小时之内回复，现在几个24小时过去了也没音信。
   请电脑高手们评点一下这两种方法是否可行。谢谢！

＂其一＂那个，要么是你理解错了，要么就是写信那个客服耍你。显然ping只能看连接情况。
＂其二＂我就不知道啦

However, there are a few things you can try to improve this connection.

First, we will run a constant ping to the PokerStars servers which should help stabilize the connection. To do this please use the following instructions depending on your Operating System:

For Windows Vista:

1) Click on the Windows Button (located in the bottom left hand corner of your screen)

2) In the Search box type cmd and press enter

3) In the black window that opens please type ping www.pokerstars.com -t then press enter

4) Minimize this window and run the PokerStars software

If this does not improve your connection then you will need to contact your ISP and ask them to check if they are losing packets when they try to ping the PokerStars server. If possible ask if they can route your traffic to our servers through a different path.

今早接到联通语音电话，说所反映问题已经解决。现在PS连接确实好一些，只是不知能否持久。

这个不可理解啊……  

反正以我的知识，实在看不出来不停地ping的同时去连接这个服务器为什么能提升连接质量。

VPN能改善么？
哪位用VPN的说说，谢谢！
