pokerstar 取款被拒和我的回信

很长时间不去pokerstar了，去年12月参加easy10活动，完成bonus后钱也没去取，然后又是很长时间没去了，前天想起来取取钱，竟然被拒，下面是pokerstar的信和我的回信，英文不好，一边查字典一边写的。

Your recent cashout has been cancelled and the funds returned to your PokerStars account. You may continue to play with these funds at the tables.

Please be aware that PokerStars is a site on which people come to play poker. We are not a financial institution or a money transferring service. Every deposit and cashout has fees that we willingly cover for players that deposit to play, but we cannot cover fees for deposits and cashouts not intended for play.

There is no minimum or maximum amount which must be used at our tables, however, we do require that you use PokerStars for its intended purpose which is poker.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Don't  thank me for my understanding, because I do not understand why you refuse my cashout request.
I participated in the PokerStars 10th Anniversary Easy $10 Reload Bonus last December and soonly finished the bonus,because it was really "easy". Then I left Pokerstars for other bussiness ( I AM NOT A PRO). After a peroid of time, When I remember I still had some money in Pokerstars, I send my cashout request but be refuesed. You said "PokerStars is a site on which people come to play poker",I agree. What am I doing if I come here not playing poker.Do you doubt me for money($100) laundering.That's rediculous. You said "we do require that you use PokerStars for its intended purpose which is poker". Let me tell you what I want to get on poker --- fun and respect, not be restrained and suspected. I will send cashout request again. This time I only request $107 my own money and you can keep the bonus yourself. If you refuse again, pleas give me an understanderable reason, the reason for refusing me to cashout my own money.

感觉是说你没玩牌，也许玩几局现金桌就可以了

我不会为了拿到钱再在那里打一手牌。
什么愿不愿意cover fees , 那是你开扑克室必须并且是无条件应该做的，做不到就不要搞什么活动，也别开张，直接关掉算了。
还来跟我讲条件，你资金流动有成本，我存钱取钱也是有成本的。跟玩家说不愿意cover fees, 怎么在玩家身上抽水的时候没听见你说"will not"

我笑的啥也不问一下，一上来就一出口就是下三路啊.... 哎

据理力争就好，别动气。犯不上，为这么点钱。

我的感觉是，PS的客服通常比较坚持自己的判断，有些时候他们不看证据，也不大听解释。当然，偶尔有可能冤枉好人。但一般而言很少故意刁难。

看楼主所说，是挺委屈的，不过也许是你之前打牌的手数不多，过后又好久没去打牌，所以才会发生这样的事情。真的没必要动气，与其费时间写邮件跟他们交涉一大通，不如去最小的级别打上一些手数，然后再取钱，可能就没事了。如果你心里不爽，取完款后，再也不玩PS就是了。

我在某些方面对PS也有点意见，但是从2007年开始玩PS，至今为止，存取款倒是从来没有出过问题的，这方面我很信任他们。
