出事第二天的取款一直在冻结中 到今天 款额都进入了wmz的账户呢 但是还不能用wmz继续进行取款 我问了客服 以下是回复:

We are glad that your withdrawal has now been processed and that you have recieved your funds.
Unfortuantely, there are still a large amount of withdrawals waiting to be processed and this is the cause of the delays in processing the withdrawals. At this time, we are unable to provide a timeframe for normal processing times to be resumed.
Please be assured that our Cashier department are hard at work in an effort to clear the backlog and get the withdrawals processed within normal timeframes again.
