仅从上面FTP的回信来看，是ECAPAY出了问题，他们建议你跟ECAPAY联系。

“很抱歉你最近的取款没有成功。不幸的是，交易是被ECAPAY拒绝的，你的资金已经被返还到你的FTP帐号。。。。。。”

在马来也是这么麻烦。。

不是有中文客服的吗?你写中文别人会给你回复中文的!

现在不用认证了,直接可以取,很方便,大概2天能到帐,汇款类别是劳务费,哈~~
