Yes. This is beatable.
The fewer hands he players in a day, the higher EV he has. In the extreme, Let's say he only plays one hand a day, and bet the full $20,000 table limit.
And he bets on Banker (higher EV than on Player)
0.458597 of the time, Banker wins, his wins 0.95*20000 = 19000
0.446247 of the time, Player wins, his win is -20000. But he only needs to pay 85%, so he will lose 17000
Then he quits for today.
If Ties, he can play next hand, till he win or lose, then he will quit.
His one hand EV is 0.458597*19000 - 0.446247*17000 = $1127.14
If he play 365 days a year, his EV is 365 * $1127.14 = $411,406
And all this is earned by very small variation. He only needs around $40K bankroll to make this work.
What's the catch, then?
The catch is, I am afraid, after day 3, the manager will walk to him and said: Dude, you will have to play at least 50 hands a session, or I will cancel this for you.
In other word, casino only gives this offer to those problem gamblers, who are impossible to stop after gambling only one hand.
