9Ts是一手值得打翻牌的牌，为什么4bet？即使他3bet范围很广，如果你用价值牌和垃圾牌执行4bet的策略，就损失会少得多（总的计算）。

I think your 4bet is ok. since you two have a lot of history. But what's his action after your 4bet ? all called?  I don't think it good to call with TT although I don't play NLH a lot..

flop tend to c/r but his call on the preflop is very strong, and his bet on the flop is even stronger..! I put him immediately on AA/KK/JJ without other possibilities..   

I found I got similar problem is to play too big preflop than scary to play mediocre flop. . normally I think it's always right to lead a flop after 4 bet ( you have a lot over pair combos in your range).   
spr is small, you can not flee this one if you trying to think that way..

but as said, 4 bet 9T is not the best option normally. it just missed too many flop against caller.
