FTP扑克室是黑店么？

感觉FTP是独断了，我现在基本上在PS打打了。

我玩扑克的钱都是很干净的从扑克上赚到，可以查看历史数据，我在想，今天是我倒霉，但事情背后说明，我们玩网络扑克谁来保护我的基本权利？如果我们的基本权利都不能保护，那我们还值得玩这样的游戏么？

这个，它还真不是黑店~

在它的网站条款里面把各方面的情况都写到了，洋洋洒洒好几十页呢

虽然没人看，但是打起官司来就有用了，它是有没收你钱的权力的，而且这个权利是你给他的，你同意了的~

当然，你的情况算是被朋友连累，有点太严，不尽人情了~

我也认同这个啊，博彩业在各个国家的法律规定都不同，打起官司来是很麻烦的一件事情。既然我们想从扑克室盈利，那么在玩牌以前熟悉扑克室的规则是很必须的。如果你熟读他们的规则，你就应该注意要避免不同账户在同个IP 登录，避免和朋友在一张现金桌子上对付其他玩家，避免如楼主提到因朋友涉嫌作弊而被连累的情况。 就好比你要上路开车，一定要先熟悉交通法规一样。

FTP肯定有法律依据，我也是搞投资的，对这点很清楚，说起诉也是气话，但我如果真是做什么违规的事情，我认了，我止损一次都比那点钱多，现在是自己很冤枉！朱前辈说的对，也只能当给BB了，这里叨叨，给自己发泄下，也当反面教材了。

能感觉出来这位朋友非常委屈，而且我也觉得他可能真的被冤枉了。

但是从另一方面讲，FTP不知道这样做可能冤枉人，可能会影响他们的形象和失去一些客户，对他们自己的生意有影响吗？ FTP能做这么大不会不明白这一点的。可是它为什么这样做？其实也是没办法的办法。

建智游城以来，尤其是建返水吧后，我们也逐渐感到PS/FTP这样的大站确实在处理大陆玩家的时候非常强硬，很多时候甚至不讲道理。我个人觉得这不是对中国人本身的歧视，而是出于商业原因而不得不对特定群体的特殊政策。他们宁愿失去一部分无辜的玩家也不愿意采取一些比较温和/细致的做法，因为他们实在是耗不起。无论公司多大，其实资源都是有限的。

至于说为什么就没有组织网络扑克玩家维护自己权利的组织，谁愿意做啊？怎么做啊？不说别的，就说这智游城周赛，我们对新人一直是非常善意和宽容的。可是到现在，周赛举办了50次了，我们花了多少时间和精力在这上面，可是现在却到了不得不采取措施对新人控制，否则就办不下去的地步。很多“新人”不但破坏了周赛的初衷，让周赛失去意义，而且把论坛水得一塌糊涂。

说到底，你表面上是被FTP坑了，实质上你是被大陆玩家的整体声誉和行为坑了。FTP其实也是某些行为的受害者，可能你在气头上觉得我这话刺耳。 不管怎么说，遇到这样事情肯定郁闷。但是既然发生了，就让他过去吧。

不过账户里的钱既没有转走又没有输掉怎么会突然失踪呢？
