假如是您,怎样处理这手牌?
look like Ivey is putting David on Kx (x<9). His river bet is only 1/3 pot and clearly a value bet not a bluff. He certainly think he is ahead. Because David will not miss the opportunity to value bet river if he has got straight. same reason for david's call, Ivey probably will raise turn with a straight. It would suck to slow play the straight and board paired up on river. When David checks river, he definitely can't fold to a 1/3 pot bets. My only question to David is will you call an all in bet on river from Ivey? Or pot size? What size of bets were you planning to call up to?
it is a bluff for sure. once David checks the river, Ivey knows that David doesnt have the Ace, so a big part of David's range is two pair type hands, such as KQ, KJ etc or a total bluff. Ivey thinks his bet can fold most of David's two pair hand, thus, the bet is +ev.
no way David would call Ivey's river bet with only a pair of king. so there is no value in getting worse hand to call. |
