Pokerstars账号被封之后的解决办法。（转账问题）

一个多礼拜之前，我的PS账号被封了，最后经过千辛万苦，终于成功解封，现在将我解封的过程发给论坛的各位玩家，现在内地玩家经常遇到类似问题，希望能够帮助到大家

有一天，我取款50刀，回来发现邮箱多了封邮件，以为是取款到了，打开才发现是取款on hold了，同时账号也被封了，无法登录。邮件如下。

Greetings from PokerStars.

Your most recent cash out is currently on hold due to we notice a direct
relation to the following players:

lichenchen
GoldNGame
zhanshen88
Gielek

Kindly explain your relation to these players in order to proceed.

由于根本不知道这四位玩家，所以我感觉很莫名其妙，因为我VPN很少用，上次用的时候我还特意问了PS，而且那几天我又没上现金桌，只玩SNG，也不可能赢了别人的黑刀。于是给PS回了封邮件。

接着我想确定一下是否是VPN的问题，因为我每次用的VPN都是免费的，难道是黑刀玩家也和我用了同样的VPN？

        I remember one thing is that few days ago,my network was very bad,and i used VPN to login,but once i login,i shut down the VPN.The VPN  is free.so maybe other players have used this VPN.
        Does this possibility exist?

然后我就恍然大悟了，我在淘宝上买过别人的刀，而且还问4个人买过（当时我就记得一个了，因为另外3个是很久以前买的了，数量都不多）

       Thx for you reply.I almost know why my account get locked.
       Several days ago,when my bank roll is almost 0,i bought American dollrs in an online shopping  website www.taobao.com  you know,it's a famous Chinese shopping website.Many players send Dollars in that website.You give them money,they transfer dollars to your PS account.I bought some dollars there,But i only bought from one seller,his Taobao account is  dhm4246,but i don't remember his PS account which transfered dollars to me.(I can't login to my PS account so I can't inquire.) I think he has some problems or he is not an honest player. But I have only got transfered from him.  And the 4 players you mentioned in the mail,I really don't know them,and I haven't transfer money to anyone of them.Maybe "dhm4246" is one of the 4 players.Or he got dirty moeny from the 4 players and transfered to me.I can't exactly know this.
And as you know,I'm always an honest player.I hope you can solve my problem ASAP.I'm eagerly looking forward to play poker in PS now.

后来我查了下淘宝的交易记录，发现了我以前还买过另外三个人的刀。
I inquired my taobao record minutes ago.I remember other players which had transfered dollars to me.
In 2010-07-10 i bought 3 dollars from ysfylcz(taobao account).
In 2010-06-10 i bought 3 dollars from
"小愣头青"(taobao account).
in 2010-06-08 i bought 1 dollar from  "小愣头青"(taobao account).
In 2010-06-02 ,I bought 1 dollar from "霸王丸子”(taobao account).
Plus another taobao account:dhm4246.There're just 4 sellers and maybe they are the 4 players you mentioned in the mail.I has no relationship with these four players and I don't know them.I only bought money from them in taobao.And i use every cent to play poker,i didn't transfer to anyone.
Hope you can solve my problem ASAP.Thx very much.

关于身份验证，很容易，就按照PS的要求来，因为我刚毕业，没车没房，没有什么水电费账单，我就解释了下，说我会提供给他们别人给我的取款通知单。

关键部分来了，于是，我就叫我同学去中国邮政汇了10块钱给我，第三天，我收到了中国邮政的取款通知单，我就扫描了通知单和身份证，还有PS让我签署的文件，发了过去。
我特意解释了一下这个通知单，因为外国人估计没见过这个东西。
并且我一直表明我特别期待再回到PS打扑克，希望这样PS能提高帮我处理问题的效率，虽然可能没效果，呵呵。
我详细解释了一下我附加的文件。

等待了N个小时之后，收到了PS的回复，PS说身份验证是过了，但是我的地址和PS账号里面注册时候填的地址不一样。

于是我就解释了，我想我账号里面的地址到底有哪里不一样呢，后来我发现，最关键的是我身份证上地址是“江苏省宜兴市”，宜兴市前面没有无锡市，但是PS里面我写的是wuxi yixing，于是我就解释了下。
you mentioned the address on my utility bill differs from the one registered to my PokerStars account.
In Chinese custom,when we write address,we write Province,city,and stress address and house number together.So when I filled the form when I registered in PS,maybe I only wrote my street address"(我家地址，不方便打出来)" and city"Wuxi Yixing".Why there is a "Wuxi" in front of "Yixing".That's because  Yixing is a county-level city belongs to the city Wuxi(kinda like in America,a big city have many satellite cities).But the ID or bill don't show it.
