我是个扑克初学者，以前在PS玩，后来看朋友都到FTP玩，我就到哪里玩，我的首存红利都没有搞出啦，我主要是把扑克当娱乐，这里很多朋友都知道，其实那点钱也无所谓，可这样欺负我，我真的很不理解，自己的钱被黑了，还被冤枉说有什么犯罪行为？难道没有地方投诉他们么？

我在2010年4月16日(星期五) 上午10:24发现我在FTP的帐户上的钱没有了，就及时通知FTP，没有回信，我担心是不是我用QQ的邮箱，FTP的客服收不到，我就换了HOTMAIL的邮箱，也经过了FTP的确认，再多次发信，看FTP还没回信，我就让朋友帮忙给FTP的客服转发，神奇的是FTP的客服给我的朋友回信，说正在处理，没给我回信，我真不明白FTP的客服是不是歧视我，为什么不给我回复，我的钱丢了，难道FTP的扑克室没有义务给我追查么？我的利益是否不在法律保护下？
那就讲道义吧，难道我在FTP玩就没什么保障么？太神奇的FTP了，那钱是我很辛苦的赚的，虽然不多，但不能就这样神奇的蒸发了吧，就是被盗窃，也应该通知我呀！！郁闷！！
FTP客服把我的最后500手牌局数据给了我，我也没发现被别人故意输了的数据，我的转账记录也没资金转出的痕迹，就是登录ID也没什么异常，以后我就质问FTP。这样FTP就回复；

我以前在ＦＴＰ也是多帐户被封了，但还留一个给我，钱也退给了我，我觉得还公平！因为发现我没有作弊

你要求赔偿的根据是什么？

赔偿应该谈不上吧？这对FTP来说，他们觉得是例行检查，而且出发点也是为了保证玩家安全。楼主碰上这事是不太走运，不过退一步海阔天空，最后的结果也凑和，就算了吧。
