我的Full tile poker 的存款选项和取款选项都打不开了。
写信给客服。客服回信这样说。

Are you using a wireless Internet connection?
If you connect wirelessly, please let us know what security mode your network is using. (Example: WEP, WPA/WPA2 etc.)
Is there any security application Installed on your computer, If Yes please specify the name and version of each application. (Firewall, antivirus)
When you last scanned your computer for viruses.

When did the problem start? Have this happened before? Does it happen every time?
Does it happen while logged in another location, or from a different computer?
Which other programs,(i.e. poker statistics calculators) were running in the background when this symptom occurred?
What was done to create the error? (step by step description of the error process)
Have you done anything that allowed you to get around the problem?

刚装软件的时候可以登陆收银台存款什么的都能打开。可是关了FTP,再重新开就进步了了。

这个好高难哦。我做的就是开机，打开Full tilt poker,进入收银系统，点cash out 或者是 transfer 或者是 make a deposit  都没有反应。这个，我因该怎么描述啊？？？

增加内容：我用的是windows xp  Professional 版本2002  Service Pack 3, 雨林木风工作室盗版的。
AMD Athlon(tm) 64*2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
1.78 GHz,2.00 GB 内存
电脑里面有 pokerstars. cakepoker,UB ,yogapoker...
这些都能正常运行。能正常的取款。存款，转账。
Full tilt poker 和其他扑克都装在了E 盘。

好了，我的阐述在这里。请哪位专业的大虾帮我整理整理一下。我好给他回过去。
