Nuts flush facing raise- all in at paired board?

Hero, 250$, with Ac4c, from the UTG open for 6$. few caller.

flop QcJc7c, Hero check, check around.

Turn 7d, check to Hero bet 20$, SB call, everyone fold,

River 5c, SB bet 20$, Hero raise to 45$, SB (300+) re-raise all in.

Hero?

Not much history with this SB.  He is a old fellow, looks tight. The thing bothers hero is that SB leads out at river when the fourth club shows, and re-raise all in after hero raise.

Looks like he is not afraid of flush at all (Besides hero has Ac, so it is rare he can go all in with something like Kc ).                  

Not Much players at 1/2 was able to bluff -raise the river on this casino.

One tell is that before he shove, he took a look of amount of hero's stack. that seems indicates he is sizing the maximum risk for a bluff?

人家Qset也完全可以是这么玩。
