例子，5/10大小盲，UTG straddle 20， UTG +1 Raise to 40， UTG +2 raise to 75，UTG +3 raise all in to 105 $,

其他人fold。

回到 UTG，他可以选择？fold，Call 85 more，或者Raise到最少？210？

如果UTG fold/call，UTG+1 可以选择？Call 65 more，或者Raise到最少？170？

如果UTG，UTG+1 均fold/call，UTG+2 只能 call 30 more.

utg如果要raise，最小到105+（75-40）=140
u+1 一样。

+3是个无效raise，所以应该看作是call，utg 和+1 都是最小到140
